Annual spring and fall training classes for telephone volunteers supply the tools necessary for effective handling of crisis situations. Training consists of 25 hours of classroom discussion led by area professionals and 12 hours of "on-the-job" training with an experienced helpline volunteer.
CONTACT'S helpline operates 15 hours a day, 365 days a year and our services are free and confidential.
